An office in San Fernando developed within an originally empty floor plan. The project introduces a circular route connecting the two main offices facing the glazed façade with the inner rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. The partitions follow a modular system based on the rhythm of the façade’s window frames. Repeated black uprights emphasise verticality and organise the spaces without interrupting the flow of natural light. Circulation, visual structure and spatial division are resolved through a single rule.
